Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Worm City and related services operated by GreenScience.
By downloading, accessing, or using Worm City, you agree to these Terms.
Player Accounts
Players may create and maintain Worm City accounts. Account information may include usernames, email addresses, gameplay progress, leaderboard rankings, subscription status, and related account data. Players are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
GS Coins
GS Coins are virtual currency used solely within Worm City. GS Coins may be earned through gameplay, promotions, advertisements, rewards, or purchased through authorized in-app purchases. GS Coins have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money or transferred outside the game.
Worm City Pro Subscription
Worm City Pro is a recurring monthly subscription that may include advertisement removal, enhanced offline earnings, reduced waiting periods, leaderboard benefits, and other premium features introduced from time to time.
Billing and Renewals
Subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store billing. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled through Apple account settings prior to renewal.
In-App Purchases
Worm City may offer one-time purchases including GS Coin packages and digital content. Purchases are subject to Apple's policies.
Advertisements
Worm City may display advertisements, including banner ads, interstitial ads, rewarded ads, and future advertising formats. Subscribers may receive reduced or removed advertising depending on subscription benefits.
Rewarded Advertisements
Rewarded ads are provided by third parties. Availability is not guaranteed and GreenScience is not responsible for unavailable advertisements or missed rewards caused by third-party services.
Leaderboards
Usernames and game statistics may appear publicly on leaderboards. GreenScience reserves the right to remove offensive or inappropriate usernames.
Prohibited Conduct
Players may not engage in any of the following:
Intellectual Property
All game content, software, graphics, trademarks, logos, and designs remain the property of GreenScience, Worm City, or their licensors.
Disclaimer
The game is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GreenScience shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
